FREIGHT
At Pedal To The Metal, customer service is our number one priority and we aim to get your orders out as fast as possible. We ship orders daily and we exclusively ship via Australia Post via their Express Post services. Therefore you will be playing your new pedals in no time at all.
Freight costs are provided by our logistics suppliers, and are calculated based on the size, weight and location of the order. If you wish to discuss freight, please contact us.
In some instances, some items may be drop-shipped directly from our local suppliers in order to cut down the delivery time. We will notify you if any items will be shipped separately or if there are any delays in shipping.
It is your responsibility to provide us with your correct shipping address and shipping details. Items must be signed for and delivered to a physical address and not a PO Box and are only delivered during business hours Monday to Friday. We highly recommend you provide a work address or an address where someone is present to sign. You may be charged a re-delivery fee in the instance no one is home to sign for the goods and the order is returned to Pedal To The Metal.
Pedal To The Metal will provide tracking information once your order has been shipped.
Due to our supplier's contracts we are obliged to honour, we are only able to sell and ship product within Australia only. So, therefore we cannot ship any products overseas. Any orders with overseas shipping addresses will automatically be refunded and flagged.
FREE SHIPPING
Free shipping applies to any order amounting to $200 or greater. As our website is not setup automatically for this, you will need to enter “SHIP4FREE” in the discount code section of the checkout page in order to claim free shipping.
ITEMS DAMAGED IN TRANSIT
If your item arrives damaged in transit, we recommend not signing for the goods. Signing for an item means you agree the goods arrive in good condition, and no longer the responsibility of the courier. Please be diligent you check the packaging is intact and you sign for the correct amount of boxes sent.
If your item arrives damaged, please contact us and provide us all relevant information including your name, address, order number, item and description of the damage. We will lodge a claim on a case by case basis.
